With over 20 years of experience in business law, Zineb Gaouane specializes in the fields of energy (electricity, renewable energy, energy efficiency, green hydrogen, natural gas, hydrocarbons), infrastructure, mining, and sustainable development. She supports clients in all projects related to energy transition and environmental challenges.
Her in-depth knowledge of Moroccan professional and institutional environments is a major asset for supporting strategic projects in Africa.
Before joining LPA Law, Zineb worked at Jeantet & Associés, Gide Loyrette Nouel, and UGGC & Associés, as well as within leading Moroccan public institutions – notably as a special advisor to the Minister of Energy Transition and Sustainable Development, a senior executive at the National Authority for Electricity Regulation, and within the Masen Group.
