Nicolas Lefèvre is a counsel working in our African practice.
Nicolas’s practice is mainly dedicated to commercial litigation, before local courts (in France and French-speaking Africa) and arbitration tribunals (ICSID, ICC, LCIA, CMAP) in a wide range of sectors (infrastructure, transport, shipping, logistics, distribution, M&A, insurance, health).
On the advisory side, Nicolas has developed expertise in the infrastructure sector, mainly in sub-Saharan African countries, focusing primarily on the development and operation of ports and terminals, negotiating and drafting concession agreements with local authorities.
He is also active in the aerospace and defence sectors, advising export credit agencies and multinational companies on a wide range of legal issues.
Prior to joining LPA Law, he worked for CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats, Reed Smith, Baker McKenzie and Taj/Deloitte.
