Meriem Laroussi is Of Counsel in the Tax and Corporate departments at the Dubai office.
She joined the office in 2024, bringing over 15 years of experience in business law across the Middle East and North Africa. Meriem has been involved in numerous complex transactions, covering all stages from due diligence to the negotiation and drafting of contractual documentation.
Her expertise also extends to the design and implementation of legal and tax structures, primarily cross-border, in the MENA region, carried out for the benefit of multinational corporations and leading local groups. She also advises on tax matters, both domestic and international, with particular expertise in corporate tax regimes in the Gulf countries and the Maghreb region.
Additionally, Meriem has held executive roles in top-tier multinational companies, particularly in the tobacco and FMCG sectors.
Fluent in English, French, and Arabic, Meriem is a qualified lawyer and holds the CAPA.
