    Matthias Krämer is a lawyer, tax advisor, certified international tax advisor and a specialist tax lawyer.

    He is a partner at the Frankfurt office and advises German and international companies on complex issues of national and international tax law in the context of corporate law.

    Matthias Krämer started his career as a lawyer with a medium-sized commercial law firm in Frankfurt Main. He then worked as a lawyer and tax advisor for Coopers & Lybrand in the Financial Services division.

    Matthias Krämer studied law at the universities of Frankfurt Main and Münster/Westfalen. In addition to being a German native speaker, he is fluent in French and English.
