Marianne Sajus is a counsel in the real estate department
With nearly nine years of experience in real estate law within renowned international law firms, Marianne advises on complex real estate transactions, both in transactional matters (financing, acquisitions, asset sales) and leasing (completed properties or properties under development).
On the transactional side, she assists institutional investors, banks, and leading users in the acquisition, sale, and financing of completed or future real estate assets across all asset classes (hotels, offices, retail, warehouses, student housing, and nursing homes). Her recent experience in a law firm with an integrated notarial office has given her in-depth knowledge of the land and regulatory issues involved in real estate transactions.
More broadly, Marianne advises clients on all aspects of real estate law.
As part of Florence Defradas’ team, she strengthens the firm’s support in real estate matters, particularly in hotel investments and other complex real estate operations.
A member of the Paris Bar since 2018, Marianne is a graduate of HEC Paris (Master’s in Law and Management, with a certificate in M&A) and the University of Bordeaux IV (Master’s in Business Law).
