    Julie Cittadini advises on Restructuring and Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Law

    Head of the firm’s Restructuring practice, Julie advises French and foreign clients on crisis management, financial or operational restructuring, both in an out-of-court and in a litigation context.

    As a co-manager of the Mergers & Acquisitions – Corporate Law department, Julie also remains active in the M&A field. She notably advises her clients in industrial and services M&A, private equity, corporate law, corporate structuring and acquisition financing.

    Julie Cittadini has been teaching corporate law at Sciences-Po Paris since 2018.
