Chin Hiang Wu is a corporate and M&A Of Counsel
Chin Hiang Wu advises clients on a broad range of transactions involving cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate finance, joint ventures and other corporate and commercial matters, with a particular focus on the technology sector in Southeast Asia. His experience also comprises representing emerging growth companies and investors in start-up and venture capital matters at various stages of the start-up life cycle, including transactions spanning convertible loans at the seed stage to subsequent equity and debt financing rounds at the growth stage.
Prior to joining LPA Singapore, Chin Hiang trained and practiced in the corporate department of a leading international law firm in Singapore.
Chin Hiang received his LL.B. (cum laude) from the Singapore Management University in 2013. He is an advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore.
Chin Hiang is fluent in English and speaks conversational Mandarin.
