    Anne-Charlotte Foin is counsel specialized in real estate law and in particular in the real estate and industrial sectors.

    Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2014, Anne-Charlotte Foin is specialized in real estate law, with a particular focus on the real estate and industrial sectors.

    She assists industrialists and real estate professionals with investment operations and the valuation of industrial or residential assets. She is particularly involved in sales, audits, property analysis, project development and management, as well as the rehabilitation and enhancement of industrial and commercial wasteland.

    Anne-Charlotte is also planning to develop the firm’s agricultural real estate offering.

    Anne-Charlotte joined the firm in 2014. She holds a Master 2 in Real Estate Law from Sorbonne Paris Nord University and a Master 1 in General Private Law from Nancy II University.
