The Paris City Council has adopted on 5 June 2023 the draft of the future Bioclimatic Local Planning Scheme (PLU-b), expected to enter into force end of 2024 or early 2025.
The aim of the new zoning rules is to create a bioclimatic Paris, adapted to the effects of climate change, and combat climate change by reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
