LPA-CGR avocats advised Primonial REIM on the acquisition of a 31.000 m2 office building

LPA-CGR avocats advised Primonial Reim for the acquisition (via a forward sale agreement), of an office building located in the Paris Region (Fontenay-sous-Bois).

The building, with a total surface area of 31,000 m², will offer high-end services (business centre, wellness area, shops and innovative catering areas) and will benefit from 6,000 m² of terraces and gardens, 235 car parking spaces and 123 two-wheel drive spaces. The asset is fully pre-leased to Société Générale for a period of 9 years and will be completed and delivered in the first quarter of 2021.
