LPA-CGR avocats advised Fonds Madeleine on the acquisition by Stam Europe of an office building located in Boulogne-Billancourt

LPA-CGR avocats advised Fonds Madeleine on the acquisition by Stam Europe, to Patrizia Immobilien Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH, of an office building, located in, Boulogne-Billancourt, a city located just outside of Paris in which numerous corporate headquarters are located, for 64 million euros.

The building, of a total surface of approximately 10.000 m2, is in particular rented to La Française des Jeux.
