LPA-CGR avocats advised the shareholders and founding managers of Wiko Group on its reorganisation and closer cooperation with Tinno Group, its Chinese partner for the past 7 years.
The French smartphone company, which is in the European top 5 for connected mobility and active in around 30 countries, has over the years become a major partner in Tinno’s worldwide activities. Pursuing closer alignment was a natural step for both companies which should help them to build a stronger strategic partnership aimed at conquering new markets.
LPA-CGR in association with Toullec Solicitors assisted Wiko on this transaction. The team included Nicolas Vanderchmitt (partner), Erik Leyssens (of counsel) and Marie-Gabrielle du Bourblanc (associate).
