LPA-CGR avocats advised Fonds Madeleine on the acquisition of the Parisian building “Green One”

LPA-CGR avocats advised Fonds Madeleine, a commercial real estate fund managed by STAM Europe, onthe acquisition of an office complex located in the 18th arrondissement of Paris. Completed in 2011, and fully leased since, this building covers a surface of approximately 5 000 m².

The Green One has several environmental labels. With this acquisition, the Green One building becomes the sixth real estate asset of Fonds Madeleine managed by STAM.

For this transaction, Fonds Madeleine was advised by the law firm LPA-CGR avocats, with François-Régis Fabre-Falret (partner), Amandine Joulié (counsel) and Diane Forestier (associate), as well as by Alliance Notaires and NOX group.

The seller, Amundi Immobilier, was advised by Nexity Conseil et Transaction and Savills, as well as the notary office Oudot & Associés.
