LPA-CGR avocats advised Mutares on the sale of Repartim Group

LPA-CGR avocats has advised Mutares SE & Co. KGaA (ISIN: DE000A2NB650) on the sale of Repartim Group to an institutional investor.

Repartim, headquartered in Tours, France, is a distinguished home repair specialist known for its rapid response technical assistance services. Serving both corporate and private clients, Repartim operates through a network of 19 agencies and employs approximately 350 individuals across France. In 2023, Repartim generated revenues of approximately EUR 33 million.

Since acquiring Repartim from Belron in 2021, Mutares has executed a comprehensive operational improvement program, significantly enhancing service quality. The subsequent acquisition of competitor Sin&Tec further expanded Repartim’s customer base, strengthening its market position.

The LPA-CGR team that advised Mutares on this transaction was led by Partner Michael Samol, who had already advised on the acquisition from Belron in 2021.

The in-house legal and tax team at Mutares was led by Dr. Angélique Schraud (Head of Legal M&A) and comprised Luisa Stellmach (Associate Legal M&A) and Denis Ahluwalia (Head of Tax).

The institutional investor was advised by Vivien & Associés with a team led by Lisa Becker (Partner) and Mathilde Hanau (Associate).
