LPA-CGR avocats advises Primonial Reim in connection with the acquisition of the “Le Jour” building in Paris 14th

Primonial Reim acquired the “Le Jour” office building located in the 14th arrondissement of Paris on behalf of its SCPI Primopierre. The 25,000 sqm building includes offices as well as a company restaurant, a concierge service, a contemporary café, privatizable meeting rooms, panoramic terraces and winter gardens.
