LPA-CGR avocats has assisted Agence Française de Développement (AFD) in the acquisition of an office building located in Paris (13th), for a surface area of 60,000 sqm.
This transaction, managed by Kaufman & Broad, concerns a building that is part of a real estate complex consisting of retail shops owned by Altarea, parking lots belonging to Indigo, a hotel, and an associative space intended for the SEMAPA, also the development project developed by SNCF Gare & Connexions, within the perimeter of the social and intermediary housing construction program carried out by ELOGIE-SIEMP.
This project, which is as environmentally friendly as possible, will bring together 2,800 employees from all of the AFD group’s entities in a single location in 2026. Its Board of Directors has approved the acquisition of 10,000 sqm of office space in excess of the Group’s needs within the 50,000 sqm, which will be used to host partners from the international development ecosystem within a Sustainable Development City.
