    Our Hong Kong office has been advising in the structuring and development of commercial and industrial projects in Asia for over 20 years.

    As a prime destination for direct foreign investments in Asia, Hong Kong  provides a conducive framework for the development of foreign companies and is a key platform to enter into the Chinese market.

    Our lawyers have extensive experience in structuring and implementing joint ventures projects, merger & acquisition operations, capital investment and foreign investments in China.

    Our team, made up of international lawyers qualified in France, Hong Kong, England and Wales and Australia (New South Wales), work on all aspects of Hong Kong law with our associated firm Toullec Solicitors. Our working languages are English, French, Mandarin, Cantonese, Dutch and German.

    We cooperate closely with our other Asian, African and European offices, to advise our Asian clients in their overseas set-up and expansion projects. We also work closely with our China Desk to assist our Chinese clients through their investment plans in France.
