LPA Law advises GGW on strategic acquisition of Aélia Assurances Group to strengthen European aviation insurance market position.

LPA Law with Partner Michael Samol has advised GGW Group, a leading Hamburg-based insurance brokerage group, on its acquisition of Aélia Assurances Group, a European specialist in aviation insurance with offices in Paris and Geneva. This strategic acquisition expands GGW’s presence in the European market and enhances its expertise in aviation and related industries.

Aélia Assurances Group was established in 2001 by two partners, both recognized as experts in the aviation sector. The founders and employees will continue to play a key role in the company’s operations, ensuring continuity and expertise in the aviation insurance field.
