    Since its establishment in 2008, our Shanghai office has been advising foreign companies in the structuring and development of commercial and industrial projects all over China.

    Our Shanghai office is composed of Foreign lawyers with a deep understanding of the Chinese culture, the business and the Chinese laws and talented Chinese lawyers with an international background and expertise in Chinese laws.

    Our experienced team provides on the ground expertise to our clients throughout the country helping them to succeed in a complex environment in constant evolution. We cooperate closely with the firm’s other Asian, African and European offices to advise our clients in their international settlement and expansion projects.

    Our lawyers have extensive experience in structuring and implementing commercial partnerships, joint ventures projects, merger & acquisition operations and foreign investments in China. Labor and tax matters are also covered by foreign and Chinese lawyers with more than 10 years of experience.

    Our working languages are English, French and Mandarin.

    Our Shanghai office also works closely with our “China Desk“, made of French and Chinese lawyers based in Paris, to assist Chinese companies with their projects in France.
