LPA-CGR avocats advised a group of sellers in the sale of AAA – Assistance Aéronautique & Aérospatiale to Daher, a leading industrial services provider in the civil and defense aerospace sector, and the acquisition of AAA’s stake in one of its subsidiaries.
Established in 1990 in Paris, AAA – Assistance Aéronautique & Aérospatiale is a French company with a global presence, and a key player in the aerospace industry, operating across a wide range of civil and military aircraft throughout their lifecycle. As an on-site or outsourced service provider from its factories, AAA performs the following activities: industrial production and assembly of parts and sub-assemblies, industrialization, manufacturing engineering, Out Standing Works (OSW) & Out Located Works (OLW), quality conformance management, quality inspection, airlines services and Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO), at customer facilities worldwide or within our factories. The company has 2,000 employees and generates approximately 200 million euros in revenue.
Daher, a French family-owned group founded in 1863, is an aircraft manufacturer, and an industry and service equipment supplier operating in 13 countries, primarily in Europe and North America. With over 10,500 employees, the group designs and develops value-added solutions for its aerospace and industrial customers and partners. In 2022, Daher achieved a turnover of 1.3 billion euros.
