LPA-CGR avocats advised Symrise in its submission of binding offers to acquire Société Française d’Aromatiques (SFA) R. Romani® and Neroli Invest DL
LPA-CGR avocats advised Symrise in its submission of two binding offers to acquire respectively 100 % of Société Française d’Aromatiques R. Romani® (SFA Romani) from the Romani-Caruso family, Keensight Capital and Sofipaca, and of Neroli Invest DL (holding company of Neroli Group), both based in the Grasse area in France.
Founded in 1963 in Grasse, SFA Romani is a family-owned fragrance house specialized in high-end fine fragrance products. Internationally recognized for its choice of the finest natural raw materials, its craftmanship in fragrance creation and the quality of its compositions, the company’s strong reputation is based on excellent knowledge of the markets and proximity to its customers.
Formed by the merger of perfume houses Creations & Parfums and Floressence, both founded in the 1980s in the Grasse area, Groupe Neroli offers their domestic and international clients high quality fragrance compositions. This independent group with a family shareholder base brings together passionate experts of the perfume industry with the pure “Pays de Grasse” tradition promoting its craftmanship worldwide.
With these transactions, Symrise aims to reinforce its fine fragrance presence in the Grasse area, strengthen its competitiveness in the creation of fragrance compositions and broaden its presence in key countries in Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
