Bernagues wind farm: Two court decisions, two rigorous applications of the provisions of the Town Planning Code and the Environment Code

Delivered in quick succession about the same wind farm, two decisions of the judicial judge and the administrative judge recall the requirement of legal rigor in the assessment of the conditions for demolition of a construction and cancellation of the authorization of operation of an ICPE facility.
