LPA-CGR avocats advises Société du Grand Paris on the lease of the Moods building to Aviva Investors Real Assets.

Developed by Sogelym Dixence and Européquipements on behalf of Aviva Investors Real Assets and completed in February 2019, this new building, located in Saint-Denis, sees the development of more than 30,000 sqm of offices and services and aims to achieve the following environmental certifications: HQE Excellent, BREEAM « Very Good », Effinergie + and RT 2012 -40 %. Société du Grand Paris will set up its future headquarters there in January 2020 under a firm 9-year lease, effective in October 2019.
