LPA-CGR avocats advises Caisse des Dépôts in acquiring a stake in Flyview Paris.
LPA-CGR has advised the Banque des Territoires, the Programme d’Investissements d’Avenir “Ville de demain” (PIA VDD) and the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations in their investment in FLYVIEW PARIS, which offers an innovative tourist experience focusing on exploring Paris using virtual reality.
After three years of development, FLYVIEW PARIS has developed an innovative technology that takes users on a virtual flight over the capital. The attraction is a world first and allows users to discover Paris from a new perspective, viewing Paris from above with one’s feet firmly on the ground.
The Banque des Territoires and the PIA “Ville de Demain” thus continue their commitment to tourism and digital services that provide innovative solutions for regional development.
The LPA-CGR avocats team was led by Julie Cittadini (Partner), who was assisted by Michelle Wong (Associate) on the M&A aspects of the transaction, and Prudence Cadio (Partner) and Olivia Roche (Associate) on Intellectual Property-Information Technology matters. Given the innovative nature of the business, our IP-IT team made a significant contribution through their work on a contractual framework for the optimal use of intellectual property.
Additional assistance was also given by:
- Sophie Marinier (Counsel) and Brandon Cheng (Associate) on Employment Law matters
- Hélène Cloëz (Partner) and Lionel Sandrock (Associate) on questions related to urban planning
- Jacques-Henry de Bourmont (Partner) in Tax.
