LPA-CGR avocats advise Raffles Lease Holdings Pte. Ltd. in connection with the sale of 100% of its shares in Raffles Lease Pte. Ltd. and of more than 14,000 tank containers to the Ermewa Group (affiliated to SNCF group)

Raffles Lease Holdings Pte. Ltd., a Singapore-based company owned by Buss Global Investment Holdings Pte. Ltd and engaged in the lease management of tank containers, has sold 100% of its shares in Raffles Lease Pte. Ltd. to Eurotainer, a subsidiary of the Ermewa Group (affiliated with the SNCF group).

Concurrently with the sale of Raffles Lease Pte. Ltd., Raffles Lease Holdings Pte. Ltd. organized the sale of more than 14,000 tank containers to Ermewa Intermodal SA (Switzerland).

In the context of the above transactions, Raffles Lease Holdings Pte. Ltd. was advised by the Singapore office of LPA-CGR avocats with a team led by:
