Photovoltaic roofs : Simplification, a condition for the satisfaction of call for tenders                                   

While the results of the sixth period of the call for tenders “Power plants, greenhouses and agricultural sheds and carport stands of power between 100 kW and 8 MW” of February 2019 are unsatisfactory in their volume, the ambitions posted by the French PPE (Energy multiannual program) project for photovoltaic energy raise several questions. Hélène Gelas, LPA-CGR avocats’ partner, in an article published by Le Journal du Photovoltaïque, draws up an inventory and takes stock of the brakes to be lifted.
