Tisa Tuladhar is a Transfer Pricing specialist in the Tax and Corporate department at the Dubai office
Tisa Tuladhar joined the Dubai office in 2025 bringing 5 years of experience as an inhouse Transfer Pricing Analyst in a French Pharmaceutical company in Paris.
She holds a MSc degree in International Accounting, Management Control and Auditing from Grande Ecole programme at Rennes School of Business.
Tisa has experience in designing and implementing transfer pricing policies, documentation compliance: master file, local file and declaration campaigns, conducting benchmarking studies, and TP adjustments to align with arm’s length principles. She is experienced in handling tax audits and dispute resolution and Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs) procedure.
Her experience in MNC with a presence across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas has given her extensive exposure to both international and local regulations.
