Maxime Labonne is a counsel of the M&A department
Maxime Labonne advises on M&A operations and corporate law matters mainly in the industrial, energy, retail, real estate and services sectors.
He also advises innovative companies on fund-raising, private equity transactions and negotiations with their partners and investors.
Through his expertise and experience, Maxime contributes to the development of venture capital operations with innovative start-ups, SMEs and ETIs. He also assists French and transnational groups in structuring their governance in line with environmental and social sustainability issues and regulations, and in integrating ESG criteria into their operations and investment strategies.
Maxime Labonne obtained the CAPA (bar admission exam) in 2016 and holds a Master’s degree in Business Law (University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas). He joined LPA-CGR avocats in 2016 and has been seconded to the Hong Kong and Shanghai offices of the firm.
