Bo Han

Bo Han is a counsel of the Corporate/M&A department

Bo Han assists companies on a daily basis in their M&A and corporate law activities.

With his Chinese origin and his complete training in French law, he particularly advises Chinese companies in their international investment operations, particularly in Europe and Africa.

As an active member of the China Desk in Paris, dedicated to investment projects and commercial transactions between China and France, Bo is also involved in developing relations between Paris and the firm’s various foreign offices. In this way, he is contributing to the growth of a client base of Chinese banks and a client base of Chinese investors in the green industries sector.

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2015, he worked with the Corporate/M&A teams of several law firms in France and China with an international dimension, before joining LPA-CGR avocats in 2022.

Bo holds a Master’s degree in environmental law and corporate safety and quality from the University of Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines. Since 2020, he has been an elected councillor of Blanc-Mesnil (93150) and a territorial councillor (Paris Terre d’Envol). He is vice-chairman of the Association of Lawyers of Chinese Origin in France (ADOC), and legal adviser to a number of Franco-Chinese associations.
