LPA-CGR Hong Kong advised Alvest Equipment Services (AES) in the acquisition of a stake in CTAS Aviation Services Limited, a Hong Kong company holding a license from the Hong Kong Airport Authority to provide maintenance services for ground support equipment at Hong Kong International Airport.

AES, a subsidiary of the French industrial group Alvest, is a key player in the design, manufacture, and distribution of technical solutions for aviation and aerospace. AES offers a comprehensive range of services related to ground support equipment, including rental, operational leasing, fleet management, and maintenance services.

This strategic acquisition aligns with AES’s goal to strengthen its international presence and expand its expertise in Asian markets, particularly in high-value-added airport services.
