LPA-CGR avocats announces the arrival of Emmanuel Tricot as Partner in Competition, Retail and Consumer law and opens a branch in Brussels
LPA-CGR avocats continues to grow and welcomes Emmanuel Tricot and his team, to create a Competition law department and reinforce the Distribution and Consumption activities of the firm. In order to support this strategic evolution, LPA-CGR avocats is opening a branch in Brussels.
Emmanuel Tricot practices Competition law and covers numerous economic sectors (industry, internet retail, telecoms, energy, insurance or notably the banking sector). He assists large clients such as, SNCF and Michelin on strategic and complex cases. He has experience of competition investigations, litigation and pre-litigation procedures before the French Competition Authority or the European Commission, the regulation of French and European mergers, private competition litigation, State aid, contracts and consumer law.
Emmanuel will work closely with the other departments in the firm, notably with the litigation, corporate, restructuring, public law, insurance, energy, intellectual property/ technology teams.
