LPA Singapore advised LECTRA on its strategic partnership with the Singapore-based company Six Atomic.
LECTRA is a listed company (Euronext Paris) and a major player in the fashion, automotive and furniture markets, that contributes to the Industry 4.0 revolution by providing software, cutting equipment, data analytics solutions and associated services to brands, manufacturers and retailers. Lectra employs 3000 persons worldwide. In 2023, the Group generated revenues of approximately EUR 478 million.
Founded in 2020, Six Atomic develops and sells SaaS solutions based on Artificial Intelligence, particularly generative intelligence, to streamline and accelerate the garment design and development process for the fashion market.
With this strategic partnership, the Group aims to leverage Artificial Intelligence to rethink product design and development in fashion.
