Pursuant to the Complementary Finance Law for 2018 and the Executive Decree No. 18-230 of 25 September 2018, the Minister of Commerce has adopted the list of goods subject to the provisional additional safeguard duty (DAPS) and the corresponding rates (between 30% and 200%).
