Our Japan Desk is dedicated to assisting Japanese clients in the structuring negotiation and implementation of their investment projects and business transactions in France.

The legal assistance delivered by our Japan Desk leverages on the expertise of our other lawyers in Paris and thus covers all areas of business law, such as M&A, commercial partnerships,  distribution law, labour law, tax law, intellectual property and litigation.

The Japan Desk is also an invaluable bridge between our Tokyo and Paris offices and a unique relay for Japanese clients in need of direct local contact.

Our lawyers work closely with our foreign offices, including our offices in Africa with whom they can assist Japanese clients willing to invest in Africa.

The Japan Desk is made of a team of Japanese lawyers admitted to the Paris Bar and French lawyers with working experience in Japan and Asia, who are very familiar with the Japanese business culture.
